What dish means a lot to you?
What stories can you tell about a particular herb, a forgotten or unknown vegetable, a special way of storing or preparing it?
Food is about feeling. A taste evokes memories. Sharing a meal together is a moment of togetherness and connection.
At Culture Resto we cook together, eat together, teach new dishes to each other, and start chatting with each other.
You are very welcome in our neighborhood restaurant as well as in our kitchen.
Every Wednesday there's a lunch, both meat and vegetarian.
